The preparation
Heat the butter in a frying-pan and brown the slices of gingerbread on both sides, then let cool-down.
Using a fork, mix the fromage frais, a few drops of lemon juice, the finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
Cut up the salmon into thin strips. Lay some of these strips onto a slice of toasted gingerbread, add a quarter of creamy herb sauce, then again some salmon with some drops of lemon juice and finish off with a slice of gingerbread. Do the same for the 4 millefeuilles.
