The preparation

• Grill the slices of bacon on one side so they remain soft. Cut them into 2cm-wide strips.
• In a salad bowl, mix the gorgonzola cream with the single cream, pepper.
• Cut thin strips in the green leek stems and have them soak in boiling water for 1 minute.
• On the flat-laying strips of bacon, place a small spoon of creamy cheese mixture. Delicately roll, then place in spoons, holding them in place with a leek strip.
