Bud
It has an intense and deep yellow colour.
Nose
The nose is dominated by over-ripe and convergent notes with aromas of noble rot, honey and candied or cooked fruits.
Palate
The palate is generous, suave, heady offering exquisitely complex aromas. This strength excludes neither precision nor a certain amount of freshness which fine-tunes its structure. The finish is remarkably long.
The harvested berries infected with noble rot lend their name to these wines. Here the individual grape variety takes the back seat to an overall impression of intense concentration.
