The preparation
Cut the carrots and courgettes into thin sticks. Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for 5 minutes.
At the same time, cook the noodles according to package directions.
Peel and grate the ginger.
Shell the shrimp.
Put oil to heat in the wok or a large frying-pan and brown the ginger and vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli, curry, noodles.
Salt, pepper, mix. Place the shrimp on top, cover and continue cooking 5 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and serve.
